Aspendale needs your help!

In January of 2010, Aspendale lost its dining hall due to extreme amounts of snow at the encampment.

The building has been declared a total loss by our insurance company. We have been working very hard to build a new dining hall. The new hall will be placed next to the chapel and will be larger than our old hall to meet the current and future needs of the encampment. There are three ways you can help out the encampment durring this project.

And Finally we would ask for you to Invest.
Our encampment is a non profit organizatin. Our goal is to reach people for christ and camp is one of the most effective ways to do that. One out of every five campers at camp make a comitment to Christ. Hundreds of people have been saved through the year around ministry at Aspendale. The encampment will need to raise about $200,000 to complete our dinning hall project. The total cost of the project will be about $650,000 and we hope to collect $450,000 from our insurance company. We need people like YOU to help take ownership of the camp and donate towards our new building. With out this building the encampment will not be able to continue to survive. It will take every person in our churches in El Paso to give what they can. We are asking people to give $10 a month (that is about one trip to Mc Donalds a month). If you can do a one time gift or give more a month we would more than encourage you to do so. We all understand that money is tight right now but we would implore you to give a small amount of only $10 per month to get our dining hall rebuilt. Below is a link to set up a monthly or one time gift. You can pay using your credit card or through a bank draft. All donations are 100% tax deductable. Thank you for your time and generous support of Aspendale.
